Multivitamin cause a wave?

Hello Everyone,

Could a multivitamin make me have a wave? I'm about 6.5 months off and began taking one 2 weeks ago and am having the worst wave I have had since getting off. 

I had a lot of bloodwork and my vitamins were low so the NP I'm seeing put me on a multivitamin, vitamin D drops and several powders to help heal my stomach lining.

 

Any thoughts?

I've had different supplements cause me to have issues, before I was tapering, so I would not doubt it a bit.  We are really on our own when it comes to supplements. Here's what the US FDA says:

It's really important for me when I choose to take a supplement, to keep track of sxs that may occur, and it's interesting how some people get effects good or bad, way before other folks.  But there's that "everyone is different".

I don't do a multi because the I may want to get the recommended dose and from the multies I've seen they don't usually have enough to suit me, just personal preference.
