Hi guys. This with horrible tingling numbness etc does heat of any kind make it worse?  I have severe tingling in my legs especially and also horrible muscle pain so I often get a warm bath but anything vaguely hot makes the tingling pins and needles feeling much worse. Any one else?  Ty
