Burning - hot feet (140 days post taper)

Anyone feeling this sensation in the feet and lower legs - burning, hot sensation.  It’s rough.

Yes I had burning feet and legs for many many months during my long taper. since I’ve been benzo free for 11 months, it hasn’t really bothered me maybe slightly on one or two occasions but I feel for you. Hi @[Ob...], that truly is a miserable symptom, it’s relentless. Alpha lipoid acid, 600mg a day the recommended dosage, helps most people. It takes a little while for it to start working but it does help with the nerves and gives some relief. Also, another thing I’ve recently found is CDB balm applied daily/nightly (I apply it at bedtime) helps. The articles I’ve read report that it helps calm and repair the nerves. I’m not 100% sure about those claims but I do know it gives me relief. 
 

Just a note…I have neuropathy from compressed nerves, I’m long passed wd and recovery but burning was an issues when I was first off. I hope you get some relief.

I have had this off and on since coming off. It lets up - I think movement helps. 
I think it’s just one of those benzo things that runs it’s course. Hang in there.
