2 months free of benzo after 8 years use. Today my little brother asked to help him with the game. I came and took the joystick and realizēt that I didnt understand the tasks, the buttons or the map, I couldnt remember where I was going and where I was, just by clicking the buttons I quickly left. Now I have a panic how long will this continue and will everything come back?

Please automatically don’t assume the worst. Dementia  is a serious condition. Maybe it was just a temporary cognitive impairment. I also have a tendency to catastrophize. You may want to see a doctor if it comes back. Your fearful thoughts may only attract it.
