If you need help in figuring out how to calculate your taper, etc., post on the tapering board.  A scale will be required.

Also, it would be helpful to allow yourself some time on this dose before you begin.  Let your NS calm.  That will give you time to prep for the taper and get yourself organized.

I never had anxiety or any other mental illness. I took them for the buzz. Prescribed by a trigger happy doctor.

You can ask for a recommendation on the taper board for a good scale.
