Restarting a taper

Yes but I did the numbers backwards on the conversion, definitely still not tracking numbers, lol ;)  Someone will come along though ;)  I don't doubt I got your % wrong too ;)  I do like challenges so thought I'd give it a go.  I think it's brain exercise but actually, I think it is more brain torture for me to try numbers :2funny:  Anyway, it's way good to meet you and I'm so glad you are here.  Oh, I have tinnitus as well no dizziness or vertigo, but had tinnitus for about 8-9 years now.  It is getting better as I mentioned, either that or I am so adapted to it ;)  I know you have a very positive attitude about all this and that will be a great asset to your recovery!!  hugs, and have a good night, or day, wherever you are.  I'm on PNW coast of US sort very near the Oregon/California boarder, so I'm about ready to hit the sack, but I'll be around tomorrow most likely, Denise (y):smitten:

Have a good sleep Denise and thanks for the chat. Also, I think it’s important to keep testing yourself with numbers etc. my brain’s been slowly improving as I’ve been on lower doses of my meds. Not quite where I want it but so much better than it was.

Thanks!

I was also a long term benzo user (13 years) - I trusted the doctor - then one day she also dropped me.  Must be some legal thing.   We had a very nice relationship but I was hooked and I just started to tell her about my tolerance withdrawal when she dropped me.

About finishing your taper, have you see this video?

I did sleep pretty good @[Th...] ;)  Yes, I will definitely keep with the brain-exercise, especially with Math especially ;)

Good to see you @[...] You helped me so much in the beginning, I don't know if you ever saw where I finally had to do a dry taper, easier for me, and I just used the weight of the dose instead of trying percentage deductions.  Some day I'd like to have my brain kick in and I could say, wow, I knew it was simple but couldn't wrap my brain around it, as they say but the weight-reduction is working fine now, thank you again @bob7 for your help :)
