Liquid vs. Pills

So I am having severe stomach issues on my liquid compound that I’ve been taking for almost a week. Visceral sensitivity, horrible cramping, I haven’t felt this in years. I can’t take it anymore. Also my heart rate is 140bpm when I am almost always 80. I’m sweating all day. What is going on. I didn’t like how I felt like on Teva one bit after switching from accord but it didn’t do this to me. Is a switch to liquid from pill more drastic than switching generics of the same form? I have heard many say liquid may not absorb the same. Thoughts?
