Tapering V

I started my taper on 20 mgs of V after switching from K. I'm now down to 7mgs of V. My body thinks am allergic to everything 🙃 😪 . Has been a rough taper. Is it okay for me to take a benadryl. I would normally research it myself but just to sick right now. Thanks

Many members have been okay with Benadryl, hopefully it will be kind to you.  What symptoms are you dealing with?

When did you make the cross to Valium, do you need to slow your taper down?

Hope, I don't think a benadryl would hurt. I took some on my taper, but for sleep. I think you're concerned about your allergies? I I had a miserable case of the itches on my taper . . . feet and legs. I took chlor-tabs for a few day and those really helped. Let us know if you take the benadryl and if it helped?
