Joint aches, and soreness getting worse in hands and feet. CT Zoloft

Posted this in the temp forum but the post didn't carry over to here. Anyway since May I decided to stop taking Zoloft. Since around that time I've been getting aches and soreness in the joints of my hands and feet as well such as my toes and it has been getting worse the last few days. Constantly throbbing, aching and when opening jars or doors hurts too. The joints also are sore too like if you rub the knuckles deep.

I'm thinking about going back on it. Only reason why I stopped it is because my Dermatologist said it can mess with hormones causing a bit of Melasma I have on the forehead.

Bluesfan, I saw your post on the old forum, but since I've never taken Zoloft, I didn't know if I should respond.

In my experience, joint aches and soreness are a general symptom of any withdrawal and not just Zoloft.  That's my experience anyway.  Have you considered tapering slowly, so you suffer fewer aches and pains?
