5 months, still not sleeping, what to do

last 4 nights, 3, 2, 7, 3 hrs, 5 months off. Does it get better?

I remember well that seemingly endless period of not sleeping at all hardly ... it was not pleasant to say the least.  It did come back ... I wish I could tell you when ... I never kept any records.  Try not to fight it (ya right) ... it will come ... it will come.

I have been sleeping but I wake up with morning anxiety that lasts until about noon.  I don't really feel rested but sleep did return after a couple of months.  Hope you start getting some good sleep soon.
