ok. ready to make first cut. How much should it be? I'm at.25 for 3 yrs, jumping twice  unsuccessfully. Now think I am intolerance w/d. Which means there is no where to go but down. Need advice on making first cut. Also-wondering if anyone who has experienced tolerance while on steady dose, has noticed that over time the anxiety itself has changed in the way it fels, and has anyone else seen an increase in just feeling unusually obsessive looping thinking?

Even posting this, I know it is the right thing to start the cut- yet I am endlessly analyzing the whole thing, thinking the same process over and over...Feeling more neurotice these days. cute.
