Aspartame

I have been drinking a lot of diet coke the last weeks and I think the aspartame in them really have made me worse! Just today I read about the side effect it gives and I think my depression is a lot worse because of it. I will immediately stop drinking it! Anyone else had problems with aspartame?

Absolutely!!!!!!!

 

I used to chug diet cokes. It gave me PVCs and other weird symptoms. You might feel a little sluggish afterwards.
