Staying at one low dose

Hi all,

 

Just wondering if anybody has gotten to a point in their taper where they felt like they could not go any lower.  And then stayed at that dose for a long period of time.  I am wondering if it helped at all, do you heal at all taking a low dose, or is the only way to heal is to get off this crap (polite term).

 

The cog fog is driving me bonkers.  Just trying to do anything that requires basic thought is sooooo annoying/frustrating/depressing.
