Almost a month since my jump

I thought that I couldn’t survive without benzos. I thought that I would lose my mind, have extreme anxiety etc. Nope. That’s not the case. I feel better now than when I was taking my regular dosage before I started my taper. I hope that this can give someone hope.

Wow, I just found your post and I'm so happy to hear this!  I need to take note that not everyone who jumps off the drug is going to suffer for months and month, it looks like things are looking up for you.

Yes. Things aren’t much different from before I jumped. Everything is manageable. I have the same issues but it’s not that bad. Last night I did have some anxiety but I took a Benadryl and that helped a lot. Went straight to sleep.
