Hello PairsLights, welcome to BenzoBuddies,

 

It's good to know you've recovered and want to help, can you tell us a little more about yourself?  It would help if you let us know what benzo and what method you used to taper, along with how long you were on the drug.  We're always happy when someone recovers from this nightmare and is willing to help those still struggling.
