Forgot where I have tapered to!

I have been tapering Xanax for about 6 years. Been on it for about 40 years! Started taper at 6.5 mg. I have forgot what dose my taper is at (either 2.8750 or 28125). I would appreciate advice which dose to use to continue taper. I chose 2.8125. Does it matter to strictly choose the correct one? Suggestions greatly appreciated.

How are you doing on the 2.8125?  You could hold for a while and see how you do at this dose since it is the lower of the two you mentioned.  Once you are confident you are stable, you can proceed on.
