Women how long did PMS effect you? Hope please

I seem to be effected by hormones since the beginning it always is worse around ovulation and PMS getting worse up until the actually day then rinse and repeat.  it’s draining. Can anyone give me hope on this how long did it effect you how did you notice it improving etc??

 

I feel stuck dp/dr comes back all my withdrawl sx seem to flare up only giving me breaks enough to feel depressed and sad. Im young never even really had PMS before all of this now it feels like PMDD.

 

Please give some hope that this will improve.
