Abdomen and lower back muscles

Abdomen and lower back get tight like three times a day. It’s really weird. But Atleast I don’t have that weird breathing sensation. Anyone else get this!? I’m at M9.5

For 2 yrs abdomen and back were my main concern.  Sometimes it moves into the hip. Doubt tried to convince me it was something serious . Strange it bothers me most when sitting. No problem when laying or standing.  I often read the stoumach was the last to heal. Around 10 months the back was so bad my wife had to sit me up in the morning and dress me. At 32 months things are much better with the back but periodically the abdomen and hip talk to me . But life is good . Be careful about over exercising or work .
