Feeling limp when laying down

Most of my symptoms hit me the hardest when I'm laying down which sucks because I'm bedbound

Has anyone experienced a symptom where if you lay down for too long, parts of your body either feel limp or like theres pressure when trying to move it? My left arm and leg get this the most but sometimes it's my whole body where I feel like I can't move it, until I get up and walk around

yes.  I get the same exact thing in my left arm and leg..It's from the freaking benzos.  It will hopefully pass.  It's a daily symptom for me. Or just about daily.
