It sounds like you've been dealing with withdrawal symptoms, the good news is we've seen those who only take the drug for a short time will typically recover sooner than those who have been on it long term, we're talking weeks and months, instead of months and years. 

 

The best took we have is distraction, anything you can do to take your mind off of your symptoms can be helpful.
