Fog or Heavy Head

I didn't see a thread for this yet.

 

Fogs or a "heavy" head has been one of my most prominent symptoms throughout my taper. I started getting more and more days without it recently, but this week as I'm trying to switch to crushed tablets in capsules, it's come back with a vengeance. I've had a couple days with a fog lasting for four to six hours. My fog often doesn't typically involve an inability to think, so I don't think it's a true "cog fog," but it does make me a bit slower, sedated, and feel like doing nothing.

 

Can anyone relate?
