This may sound weird but does anybody feel like your old self is locked away inside your body somewhere and is trying it's best to get out? I'veonly just started feeling this, it's like being trapped in your own body and struggling to get free. I know it sounds strange but that's the only way I can explian it. Don't know if it's a good or bad feeling. Am I losing it?

It makes me feel very lonely, the person who liked themselves is not there, it feels  like I was very sick and had a bad life,and can't trust myself or the world .... not how I was before at all

Yes. "Trapped" describes it perfectly. I'm constantly saying to myself that I need to get free.
