Tired heavy legs

So for the past 3 weeks my legs have felt heavy and tired. Does any one else get this too? Please help.

I do have jelly legs sometimes. I think everything has to do with anxiety induced by either withdrawal or benzos themselves. In anxious states blood go to the main organs and leave limbs les irrigated. This drugs  influence every system in our body. Keep hydrated eating well and controlling anxiety will help you.

I get this, all my limbs, heat makes it drastically worse. As to doing anything to help it, I can't recommended anything.
