Symptoms cycle everyday + evening & night windows

Wanted to check with other members if this is normal. 

 

I seem to have a different set of symptoms everyday. Some days its depression another is DP/DR another it's dizziness & nausea and another is inner restlessness, another sensory overload etc etc. Lately I get an hour of this and a few hours of that. I have been more or less getting evening/night relief for about 2 weeks now with the odd night out (I am 1 month and 1 week out).

 

My questions:

 

- is this normal or am I brain damaged? 

- is this a sign of healing? (I read this somewhere on BB)

You're not brain damaged and yes it's a sign of healing.  Your brain is desperately working to get back its normal function, the human body is amazing at repairing all of our injuries but injuries take time to heal. 

 

If you're getting relief in the evenings at only 5 weeks out, you're doing really well!
