small cut last night .25 xanax

1:00 pm and at work felt good most of the morning but head is numb or fuzz now just thinking about staying with this small cut . At this point I can do this eyes pinched a little head ake feet burnning so I need to keep going at it . ears ring  a lot also can you make the jump @ .125 xanax or is that to much .

Some people have jumped at .125, but if it were me, I think I'd probably go one additional cut before I jumped.

I made almost a 1/4 cut or a little less (they are hard to cut) seem to be doing ok just trying to pay attention to my body maybe I should make 1/4 cuts every two weeks or every week
