Tapering .125?

My plan with my shrink has been to taper down by .125mg every 10 days or so.  I am currently at .875mg.

 

Has anyone else had success with this plan?

It works for plenty of people, but I don't think I've seen a single story where it wasn't quite painful (especially at the end) even if people got through it fine. I'd suggest titration, but it's totally up to you.

Like Xeno said, it can work out and it's doable.

But maybe you would like to look into titration.
