Hi BB...After all the complains and bad days from last few weeks...I am feeling better from last couple days and little calmer but so in fear all the time that strong wave is just around the corner and will hit me very bad. How to overcome this fear......

So glad you had a good window.  I know what you mean about fearing you'll be hit by a wave.  Many members will relate to this I'm certain.  That fear is so understandable.  Try to be present in the moment and enjoy the window.

 

You had a window!  It's a good sign of healing.  A wave may come but you will power through it as you have so far knowing another window is around the corner.  Stay strong!
