So sept 1.6valiun sept lat year now at 1 mg

Am I going to slow ?? Am I keeping dependence worse

What’s the recommendation for jumping these days and if close ? To what I’m at ? I understand guys cannot advice what to do medically. But who’s in a similar position and what are YOU doing
