Anyone else on here having to work their regular job and still go through this?

It is getting increasingly difficult.

I work but I'm self employed, there is no way possible I would be able to work a set schedule or a full 40+ hour a week job

Yes, I have been working. Extremely difficult, I was nearly fired for asking for working from home. That is when Covid 19 hit and the entire company is allowed to work from home. I am house bound due to my symptoms, especially derealization/depersonalization causes me fear and confusion. From home I can still function in the safety of my room. Phone calls are difficult, my heart is racing all the time, focusing is super difficult. I struggle day after day, but I am so glad I managed to keep my job, at times I feel it is therapeutic.
