WHAT IS BENZO FLU

My system bounces from agitation to the worst sickness I have ever had - makes the common flu look like a gift. Is this what is called 'Benzo Flu' any idea what causes it.

Yeah the same thing happens to me. Whenever I get really bad withdrawal waves, especially if there's a lot of stress going on all day long, it makes me feel like I have the flu and my nose and breathing and everything gets congested. It's almost like my whole entire body is run down, which it probably is and that's probably what's causing it. I usually get good sleep those nights after feeling that way and wake up the next day like nothing ever happened. So I take multivitamins.
