Welcome to Benzo Buddies!  Unfortunately many medical provider either dismiss the idea of withdrawal or choose not to learn about it in order to help their patients. I experienced this myself.  Had it not been for the information I found here and the support I received I'm not sure where I would be today.  We'll be happy to offer the same to you.

 

In order to provide the best information and guidance we'll need some information.

 

Are you presently taking a benzo? Are you now in the process of tapering or have you completed a taper. If so, what benzo did you take and at what dose?
