I used cbd oil a couple of times in this withdrawal process.  Mistake.  I didn’t sleep and anxiety def got worse.  I thought it would help me after a cut in benzos.  It has the effect of slowing down the liver processing the benzo.  So it’s like having too much benzo in the system.  That’s not always better, as we know.  It confused my brain.  It felt like a sudden updose and my brain seemed to be competing for the benzo and the cbd.  I decided not to add cbd, and to let my brain work on one thing.
