Heavy Duty Pill Splitter Advice

My wife takes calcium.  They're large, oblong pills that are thick enough that she has great difficulty breaking them in half.  I want to find her a heavy duty pill splitter.  Something sturdy and with good leverage to help her break the pills.  I was hoping that a few of you might be able to recommend one.
