I can think of Kevin Spacey, who's been hit by scandal and appears to be blacklisted now. I haven't seen him in a film before Glengarry Glen Ross, but if it's him, I'll say he was the baddie in 1989's See No Evil, Hear No Evil. Pure guesswork.
