[So...] Posted March 3, 2019 Author Share Posted March 3, 2019 I am scared too...some days (yesterday) I feel so confidant and think I can taper at 14% then today I think I should slow down...I just don't want to be tapering until 2020. We need to stay positive because honestly, the statistics are with us and especially you guys with so many less years of use than me. But even I am very hopeful and believe I’m going to be over this soon. I’m glad to be going through this with you all. My last two tapers I did alone. I remember I was okay after both of them but went back on because I could. I was so dumb but figured, I know I’m done having kids and pregnancy was my reason for stopping so now I can just take what I want. So here I am again after realizing all the reasons I really don’t want to be on it anymore. Even in these bad days I’m thankful for my brain trying to get better. Anyway, is there a question? I am slowing down my taper, not at about 7%...I am such a competitive person with myself that I want to "tough it out" and go faster but I don't want to suffer either so feel a little relief now knowing I can just slow it down. Waves - I made the liquid about a month ago with vodka, tablets and water.
