Typical american, eh? Assuming everyone is American. Sheesh.

I'll tell. The original layout for Mount Rushmore included explorers Lewis and Clark, "Buffalo Bill" Cody, and Red Cloud.

Personally I think that would have been a more interesting Rushmore.

Wiley E Coyote, ha

Ha! Someone should definitely carve cartoon characters into a mountain, if just to confuse whatever civilization comes to colonize this planet after we are done with it.

I swear I was thinking of Lewis and Clark... But imagine Dean and Jerry up there. lol

That would be amazing, and also more interesting than presidents.

The most memorable thing about Rushmore for me is its part in Hitchcock's North by Northwest.

Yeah, Hitchcock made it look pretty. Goodnight Shook!

Yeah, it's only 7:15pm here. Are you an Aussie, Dee?

Next question:

Which groundbreaking television series, named after a fictional town, was filmed in Washington state, and starred a native Washingtonian?

Yep! That one was a prerequisite for being my friend, so congratulations! And, your turn. Guess you don't get to go to bed yet.

I had the same high school drama teacher as Kyle McLachlan. He later got fired for smoking pot with students.

Cool. Glad to be your friend.  :)

Hmm. This one's also for deadwoodgone since I think she's Australian.

Name the Aussie husband and wife team famous for shark research and photography. They also contributed the live shark footage for Jaws.

Oh shook, I know who you mean, but can't remember their name.  I'm pleading Benzo memory, but good question.  I'm on the honour system and can't cheat.

I think the woman's name was Val, or something.
