WTF happened

I mean seriously how is this possible that just a few years ago anything was possible without "medication". Exercising felt great while doing it and then you could tell how well you did afterwards by how sore you were, feel good chemicals flowing.. I could learn anything new instantaneously.. not a worry in the world just enjoying life, no OCD, Terror, brain fog, depersonalization, anhedonia, lungs and heart weren't destroyed.. nearly crippled during the day especially the morning.. Was like a superhuman compared to this..

  And then it fucking happened.. you have a little bit of anxiety one day and they tell you this absolute shit poison that's not addicting will help you. I tried everything to get off for years even willing to die and still couldn't until earlier this year.

  The people suffering for years are just mentally ill, attention seekers, i assumed, I guess I was wrong. This life is meaningless now, maybe the brain can heal all of this or maybe some of the damage is done like heart and lung damage. There's nothing else to do but hope that you get lucky in a couple years when it's this bad.

  Venting, can't really do anything else in the world except be online and this site

Hi you guys, 

As awful as your stories sound, you've done it (if I'm reading your post & reply correctly! )  Reaching the other end of the tunnel & coming out the rabbit hole!   Inspiring-really hope I've read this right!  Anyway, I connect with what you've written, b/c I do feel very angry about this   I just made a post in this same forum, so today's date & titled music/psycheldic's/LSD (fun?) & benzo's (hell)
