Has anyone taken Astaxanthin? I bought some since it’s supposed to be good for the heart and increase energy. Well I took my 3rd dose at work yesterday and about an hour or two later my heart felt like it was trying to beat out of my chest. I felt a little dizzy too and has some chest pain off and on after the racing heart subsided. I felt fine the rest of the day but when I was going through it I thought I was going to have to clock out and go to the ER. I read that some herbs and supplements can cause this and that our heart is trying to regulate itself. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

Yup, just started it 3 day’s ago for diabetic retinopathy...I feel like I’m going crazy now..mind is racing and I can’t sit still
