Recommendations for under eye puffiness and circles?

Hi all. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to reduce puffiness and dark circles under the eyes?  I’ve had these issues for years and feel that anxiety, worry, stress, anger, insomnia and depression has helped contribute to them. It seems like I’m in a cycle trying to get rid of them. I get insomnia then they get worse so that causes some worry and depression. I’d love to find out if someone has had any success reducing these issues.
