KINDLING what is it

Can someone pls explain kindling.  If you see my other Librium post you will see how much other stuff i have tried.  Is this deleterious to the tapering methods ?

great article to explain this phenomena -- wish I had known of this when I went down and off in the past....

It does explain the degree of difficulty that some of us have.  And confirms the idea of time and patience being the healers.

I'm assuming that even "kindled" people heal eventually.
