I wish this site had a chatroom for a distraction.

I am bedridden and I dont know what to do.

I am lonely but I  cant talk with people who dont know withdrawal.

I am sorry, Maki. It is so hard being bedridden and unable to occupy ourselves.  I cant do much today. Cognition poor. Cant cope with tv, cant read.  Lie in bed.  Fingers numb, touchscreen not easy.

 

We could start yet another support group  ....  but they tend to dwindle away ...
