Stomach pain, headache, lightheaded, and nausea from rapid withdrawal

Does anyone have any advice about how to alleviate these symptoms or do I just have to live with it? I also feel faint when standing up. I have been drinking something called activated charcoal to absorb toxins from my stomach (which is essentially a natural form of pepto bismol). I just don't want to take benzos anymore, if anyone is wondering why I am going off quickly. I don't feel like I am dying but I am just extremely uncomfortable.

Some drugs might help, but IMO are not without risk. Have you tried acetaminophen for the headache ?

' faint when standing up' blood sugar, possibly ? Low blood pressure ?
