at 2 months off I was having every other day window sometimes every 2 days, when I hit the month 3 looks like every day anxiety. why is this?

Hi, this is normal because benzo withdrawal is not linear or logical, it's very much a random up and down process.  It's a rollercoaster.  As time passes, things will even out and return to normal.  Time is the healer.

THIS. I wondered why I would have AMAZING days thinking "It's finally over." Only to have over a month without anything positive. It is so draining and morale killing BUT it's important to remember that every day is another day of healing and eventually it will go away.
