Nausea middle of the night

For the most part I sleep ok, but some nights I wake up in the middle of the night extremely nauseous.

 

One of my main symptoms is nausea anyways- I get nauseous from meds and nauseous from withdrawal. Go figure lol.

 

Anyways, anyone know why it's so bad in the middle of the night and any suggestions for diminishing it?

Maybe ask your doctor if it is ok to try ginger root capsules. I take it as needed for nausea/vomiting from a progressive disease but I haven't need it recently.

Thanks for the suggestion! I was eating ginger chunks but haven't been lately.
