6 months

Hi guys

 

I made it to 6 months and I have improved some since the first three months. I still wake up with adrenaline surges and the tinnitis is fierce. I still feel like a scared child most of the time but I also feel like I am coping better with the symptoms. This road is long so there is much more room for improvement but at least it is better than it was.

Hi there ! Congratulations! I know how you feel . I made it to five months and still having symptoms ...I agree I feel better with coping but it's very slow and long road ! I never thought it takes this long . I was holding for 6 months but it seems like it going to be longer to heal . Hang in there !
