loos stool!!!

ever since my taper (almost a year) and now 5 months off my stool has always been loos en colored never normal as while on benzo's

is this normal??

Hi Lodast.

I'm just over 7 months out and I'm still having a lot of trouble with my stomach and bowels.  I've had continuous loose stools for the whole time.  Some days it makes me feel so sick and drained. I suppose it's one of the many symptoms we have to deal with until more healing happens.

I hope yours settles down soon.

It's a nightmare.
