Body feels bit more clean after sick wave?

I wake up sick every morning with the feeling my body is full of poison.

Sometimes it worse, than less.

Maybe it starts to feel less toxic and it is like some body parts get 'lighter'.

Like the poison is out of there. Like the lower arms and legs. The upper legs and arms are still heavy.

 

Anyone who can relate?

Ehh, well, yes! As my signature says, I'm off for more than  7 years. This post was from 2016. I still wake up feeling horrible and dehydrated but not like there is poison in my body like back then.
