Holy crap.... I don't know what happened but the pain is almost too much

Bilateral deep sciatic pain in butt and thighs.  Doesn't matter if I'm sitting, standing or laying down.  I had an acupuncture treatment today but it didn't help for long.  I'm not sure it's withdrawals because I rested with a ball under my sacrum and had several significant clunks as my pelvis shifted.

 

I have a few flexeril, should I try those and see if it helps? Will they set me back any?  Get my back checked out?

Sounds like a structal problem not withdrawal! Having your pelvis out of whack can mess you up,
