hey buddies , since i was tapering and now 4 months off i have a very strange feeling in my foot (right) i have a feeling that i am walking on straight bone (like something is inside the ball of my foot) like a sock that is not in is place but much more painfull.

the foot gets also freezing cold constantly and goes numb and tingling and buzzes and pulsates....this are symptoms everyone had but the feeling like there something inside????

i went for an MRI but those test came back fine , i don't understand what this is and it makes me so scared i just can't walk on it anymore like its deformed.

 

can someone help please?
