Seeing pdoc tomorrow need 1mg Klonopin to 20 mg Valium Crossover plan HELP!

So I am having a hard time trying to come up with an Ashton based crossover plan for 1mg of K to 20 mg of Valium that I can present my pdoc in a last resort before going to detox idea. I would be oh so grateful if anyone had a successful crossover plan taking the meds once three times a day, Morning, afternoon and night? The goal is to get to 10mgs am and 10mgs pm of valium then cut 1 mg per week from there. Thanks all.
